Young Adult Small Group
Who?: All high school graduates, college-aged adults, and twenty-somethings.
What?: A place for college-aged adults to gather and explore what following Jesus looks like now that adulthood has arrived. Using John Wesley’s Class Meeting ideals as a framework, we venture into the hard questions of faith, truth, and God’s word together.
Where and When?: First and Third Sundays at Panera Bread, Douglasville and then Second and Fourth Sundays at Douglasville First United Methodist Church, B Building, Second Floor, Room B222.
You Don’t Have to Walk Alone!
As we all know, life is hard. It gets even harder and much more complicated after high school. But you don’t have to do it alone! We KNOW that life is better together and we are all seeking God together. We aren’t afraid to have tough discussions and we know how to have fun together too. We talk about the moral, spiritual, and ethical issues of our time in the light of Christ. Do you long for the spiritual guidance and support of others, but don’t know where to turn? Do you want to find an anchor point in Christ from which to approach all of life? Come join us, we want to be here for you!
